Digital product purchase terms
Products and prices
Reversion sells downloadable sample packs, presets and DAW projects. Check each product's contents, file formats, software and version requirements, audio preview and license before buying. Required software and third-party plugins are not included unless the product page says otherwise. Prices are set separately for each currency. The selected payment currency and final total are shown before payment.
Your license
Your purchase grants only the permissions stated in that product's license. It does not transfer copyright. Permission to use sounds in your own music, redistribute source files or release a project composition must be stated separately in the license. The license and version shown when you purchase are saved with your order. The product ZIP must contain the same license version.
Delivery
After the server verifies payment, your purchase is available from Purchases using the same account. A purchase email contains the purchase statement PDF and a link to Purchases. Product ZIPs are downloaded separately. Temporary download links expire after five minutes and can be requested again. An email delivery failure does not cancel a verified purchase. The purchase statement is not a tax invoice or cash receipt.
Refund policy
Your statutory rights remain protected. Where Korean consumer law applies, the ordinary withdrawal period is seven days as calculated by law. Restrictions after digital supply begins apply only when the legal information and preview or trial requirements are met. Payment or accepting these terms alone does not remove every refund right. Applicable rights remain for separable parts not supplied.
Faulty files, files that differ from the product description or contract, and failure to work in the stated supported environment are considered separately from a change of mind. The statutory remedies and time limits for these cases remain available.
To request cancellation, a refund or help, email reversionrecordings@gmail.com with your order reference, affected item and a description of the issue. Do not send card details or passwords. Refunds are handled through the original payment method in accordance with the applicable legal time limits. Card-issuer processing may affect when the credit appears.
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Website language and currency choices do not promise availability of every payment method or legal support for every country.
Purchase data and email
We process account and order details to verify payment, provide downloads and send the purchase email. The email service Resend processes the recipient address, order details, purchase statement PDF and delivery status in the United States. This transactional email is separate from marketing consent. The Privacy policy explains the recipient, data, transfer timing, retention and rights request contact.
